Aware Defeat Depression is a voluntary organisation dedicated to providing support and information for all those affected by depressive illnesses across Northern Ireland.
Our services include: Self-help support groups, Telephone Helpline, Information Literature, Public Talks, Education Programme and Website.
Services users and carers are represented in every part of the organisation which ensures our service provision is led by the lived experience of those affected as well as informed by the expertise of a number mental health professionals also involved in our work.
